I get it, you've always had to hold it together. you always had to be strong, do things because it's what paid the bills and take life with a grain of salt. 🧂🙃 

There was no need to show your feelings because you would just be told to suck it up, or just couldn't “risk it”. 😑 

Then you've been doing the same thing every day for the last 5 years of your career and you realize for so long you have been told every aspect of how to run your life and you're looking around going what in the world am I doing for me?? 🤦🏽‍♀️

Trust me I get it, not really knowing who you are grinding day in and out trying to figure out exactly what your purpose is.

A Lot of times we think that we are supposed to just push through the barriers and just be "happy" and life will work itself out.⁉️

Just working through the pain, and never addressing the problem only makes the situation worse. That's how you spiral out of control QUICKLY. I would know, because I did it. 🤷🏽‍♀️
