About
Little Chefs, Big Skills is a 12-week plant-based cooking course designed for families who want to do more than just make meals—they want to create memories, build confidence, and teach real-life skills. Whether you’re a homeschooling parent using this as a unit study or simply a busy family wanting to spend intentional time in the kitchen, this course meets you where you are. Each week includes hands-on culinary instruction paired with science, math, history, literature, and geography integrations—all while helping children explore where their food comes from and why it matters. From knife skills and sautéing to global flavors and baking from scratch, kids learn to cook with purpose and pride. Created by a farm-to-table chef and mom of four, this course was made with both parents and kids in mind. It’s self-paced, fun, and flexible, with printable resources, real-world application, and full parent support. Families receive a full set of engaging lessons, printables, activity packs, and access to a beautifully designed Parent Guide to help you plan each week with ease. The course also includes a final project, skill badges, and a certificate of completion—so your child feels confident and celebrated every step of the way. Because food is more than just what we eat—it’s how we lead, love, and learn together. We can’t wait for you to join the Little Chefs, Big Skills family. You’re not just starting a course—you’re beginning a lifestyle rooted in confidence, connection, and culinary leadership. Thank you for trusting us with your kitchen table. Let’s get cooking!
