👩🏽🍳 About Mindset Integration Academy
Mindset Integration Academy was born from real life—not from textbooks or trends.
It was built in the kitchen, at the homeschool table, during nap time, and in the quiet moments where God reminded me that food is not just about eating—it’s about leadership, healing, and legacy.
I’m Chef Santoria Quick. And I created M.I.A. because moms deserve more than survival—we deserve strategy, structure, and soul.
At M.I.A., we teach moms how to lead their homes with intention, raise children with real-life skills, and build rhythms that support their faith, family, and future.
This is culinary education—but it’s also confidence training.
This is leadership development—but it’s also love in motion.
This is where food meets purpose—and nothing about it is accidental.
💡 What We Offer Families & Communities
Mindset Integration Academy isn’t just a course—it’s a hands-on, real-world experience for families to grow together. Every system we create is rooted in confidence, leadership, and cultural understanding. At Mindset Integration Academy, we support moms, families, and communities with tools that are designed for real life—not perfection. Everything we offer is experiential, faith-based, and flexible enough to meet families where they are.
We help moms:

🤝 Service, Mentorship & Giving Back
Service isn’t a checkbox—it’s a lifestyle.
As a proud member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service organization, Chef Santoria pledged in Spring 2011 at the Alpha Epsilon Phi chapter, as one-half of the line known as "2 Sticks of Destructive Dynamite." Her line name? Bionic Woman. Because when it comes to building, leading, and showing up with purpose—she always delivers strength with strategy. Chef Santoria has been committed to community-building, leadership development, and giving back for over a decade. That foundation of service lives at the heart of everything Mindset Integration Academy does.
We lead with love, structure, and accountability—not just in business, but in how we serve the world around us.
At M.I.A., we give back by:
-
Mentoring culinary students through the Escoffier Remote Upskilling Program
-
Supporting homeschool co-ops and parents with free culturally grounded education
-
Hosting events like Little Readers, Big Hearts that bridge literacy, food, and community
-
Creating systems for overwhelmed moms to reclaim their peace and lead with confidence

👑 Leadership Team
Chef Santoria Quick – CEO, Culinary Director, Head Chef
Certified Plant-Based Chef. D1 athlete turned educator. Wife, mother of four, curriculum creator, and systems strategist.
But before any of that, mindset was the spark.
Santoria’s journey began with a deep, almost obsessive curiosity about the brain—how people think, how they lead, how they grow, and how they heal. Long before she ever wore a chef coat, she was already studying leadership, personal development, and the psychology of transformation.
That hunger for truth and mental mastery led her to invest over $65K into personal growth, leadership conferences, and mentoring experiences—all before ever launching a single course. Because for her, it was never about teaching skills. It was about changing lives.
With over a decade of experience in mindset work, transformation coaching, and real-life application, she built Mindset Integration Academy to bring that same clarity and confidence into kitchens, families, and everyday life.
Food is just the doorway.
The real transformation happens when we learn how to think differently.
From curriculum to community, from coaching to the kitchen, she leads with purpose, presence, and a deep commitment to legacy-building through food, faith, and mental freedom.
Tresun Quick – CFO, Director of Sales & Strategic Growth
If Chef Santoria is the visionary—Tresun is the engine.
Behind every movement is someone who makes sure the numbers work, the plan is solid, and the momentum doesn’t stop—and for M.I.A., that’s Tre.
He is the structure, the scale, the sales machine, and the strategist that makes sure Mindset Integration Academy isn’t just impactful—but sustainable, profitable, and built to stand the test of time
With over 10 years of elite-level sales leadership, Tre brings not only experience, but execution. He’s currently a Senior Store Sales Manager for Mattress Firm, managing a $4.5 million cluster of stores—overseeing staffing, performance, financing, and sales development across multiple locations, and has helped finance over $600,000 in approved credit for clients.
But beyond the stats, he’s a master trainer—having coached and developed dozens of sales professionals to exceed goals, close with confidence, and lead their teams with clarity.
He’s been a:
-
🏆 Million-Dollar Writer (closing over a million in personal sales annually)
-
💳 Synchrony Credit Champion (with over $600K in financing approved for clients)
-
📈 Top trainer + team builder, having developed countless individuals into leadership and sales roles
-
🔐 Former security professional—with the discipline, discernment, and backbone to match
Behind the scenes, Tre:
-
Oversees all M.I.A. financial systems and forecasting
-
Manages sales pipelines, growth targets, and team development planning
-
Leads all strategic growth conversations—what’s next, how it scales, and what’s needed to get there
-
Helps design scalable systems so the business can expand with integrity, not chaos
-
Anchors the vision with realism, readiness, and results
As M.I.A. grows, Tre is building the infrastructure to support:
-
Hiring a dedicated sales team
-
Expanding operations to regional markets and national partnerships
-
Scaling live and digital experiences for families, schools, and culinary spaces
-
Making sure the dream isn’t just beautiful—it’s built to last
And while you might not see his face often, make no mistake: every system, every sale, every expansion we touch—has his hands on it.
This isn’t just support—it’s synergy. And I wouldn’t want to build with anyone else.
