Mindset Integration Academy was born from real life—not from textbooks or trends.
It was built in the kitchen, at the homeschool table, during nap time, and in the quiet moments where God reminded me that food is not just about eating—it’s about leadership, healing, and legacy.

 

I’m Chef Santoria Quick. And I created M.I.A. because moms deserve more than survival—we deserve strategy, structure, and soul.

 

At M.I.A., we teach moms how to lead their homes with intention, raise children with real-life skills, and build rhythms that support their faith, family, and future.

This is culinary education—but it’s also confidence training.
This is leadership development—but it’s also love in motion.
This is where food meets purpose—and nothing about it is accidental.

As a proud member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service organization, Chef Santoria pledged in Spring 2011 at the Alpha Epsilon Phi chapter, as one-half of the line known as "2 Sticks of Destructive Dynamite." Her line name? Bionic Woman. Because when it comes to building, leading, and showing up with purpose—she always delivers strength with strategy. Chef Santoria has been committed to community-building, leadership development, and giving back for over a decade. That foundation of service lives at the heart of everything Mindset Integration Academy does.

Certified Plant-Based Chef. D1 athlete turned educator. Wife, mother of four, curriculum creator, and systems strategist.

 

But before any of that, mindset was the spark.

 

Santoria’s journey began with a deep, almost obsessive curiosity about the brain—how people think, how they lead, how they grow, and how they heal. Long before she ever wore a chef coat, she was already studying leadership, personal development, and the psychology of transformation.

 

That hunger for truth and mental mastery led her to invest over $65K into personal growth, leadership conferences, and mentoring experiences—all before ever launching a single course. Because for her, it was never about teaching skills. It was about changing lives.

 

With over a decade of experience in mindset work, transformation coaching, and real-life application, she built Mindset Integration Academy to bring that same clarity and confidence into kitchens, families, and everyday life.

He is the structure, the scale, the sales machine, and the strategist that makes sure Mindset Integration Academy isn’t just impactful—but sustainable, profitable, and built to stand the test of time

 

With over 10 years of elite-level sales leadership, Tre brings not only experience, but execution. He’s currently a Senior Store Sales Manager for Mattress Firm, managing a $4.5 million cluster of stores—overseeing staffing, performance, financing, and sales development across multiple locations, and has helped finance over $600,000 in approved credit for clients.

But beyond the stats, he’s a master trainer—having coached and developed dozens of sales professionals to exceed goals, close with confidence, and lead their teams with clarity.

 

He’s been a:
